Employees in this position are responsible for cleaning and maintaining various facility areas including resident apartments, common living spaces, recreational areas, offices, bathrooms, and entryways. Tasks encompass a broad set of housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, disinfecting surfaces, handling linens, organizing storage areas, and managing waste disposal in compliance with recycling and medical waste guidelines. Additionally, dining services responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas, managing dishwashing processes, delivering room service trays, assisting with serving and event setup, and inventory handling related to deliveries and supplies.
