The role of Customer Associate at this new venue is integral to the daily operations of multiple departments including Amusement, Bowling, Food and Beverage, Cleaning, and Facilities Mechanic. These associates are the frontline personnel who actively engage with customers, help maintain the facility’s appearance and functionality, and contribute to the smooth operation of all entertainment and service areas. This is a part-time position requiring 20-25 hours per week with shifts covering the store's operating hours from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM, including weekends and holidays. Job Duties
- operate POS registers for game card sales and prize redemptions
- maintain arcade and redemption inventory
- keep the game floor clean, stocked, and welcoming
- perform open and close procedures and assist guests as needed
- assign bowling lanes, lend equipment, and support in-store bowling promotions
- clean and reset bowling and activity areas
- assist with basic maintenance and customer instruction
- process sales, handle reservations, and support parties and events
- prepare and serve food and drinks
- operate POS systems and clean the kitchen and dining areas
- open and close food service area and manage inventory
- support other departments when needed
- keep the entire store clean including restrooms, furniture, and arcade areas
- use cleaning equipment properly and safely
- launder cleaning rags, wash windows, and follow MSDS protocols
- assist the Facilities team with cleaning needs
- maintain and repair bowling, arcade, and Spo-Cha equipment
- complete preventive maintenance as scheduled
- keep workshop areas organized and clean
- may assist with installations or support other store locations when needed
