Job Duties
- Offer a heartfelt welcome to guests to create a friendly environment
- Manage the supervision of food inventory control, expenses, elimination of waste, culinary preparation, and meal presentation
- Keep the food service area clean and ensure compliance with sanitation standards
- Fulfill food sales quotas for items such as pizza, breakfast foods, and beverages
- Train and support team members in implementing food safety protocols during food preparation activities
- Foster collaboration with third-party vendors to enhance oversight and education regarding food safety monitoring
- Ensure stock levels are consistent and rotate food products as needed
- Process guest transactions swiftly and with exceptional customer care
- Assist the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader by helping out with any extra tasks that may be requested
