The role offered is for a Food & Beverage Associate based in San Francisco, CA. This is a full-time, hourly position with a salary range of $24-26 per hour. Food & Beverage Associates are the frontline representatives of Crafty’s in-office Concierge pantry program, responsible for the day-to-day execution at client sites. This position requires dedication to meticulous product merchandising, inventory management, order replacement, and equipment upkeep. The role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining organized kitchen spaces and possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

These associates are pivotal to creating a positive workplace experience through their direct interactions with clients and the precise management of office kitchens, pantries, and storage rooms. Their responsibilities include expiration date checks, product rotation, routine maintenance of coffee machines and kegerators, quality control, and comprehensive communication with management to report any site needs or safety concerns. Working hours require availability Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, supporting two client sites in the San Francisco area.

Ideal candidates must be client-obsessed, exhibit effective communication skills, demonstrate operational soundness, reliability, resilience, and a collaborative spirit. They should be physically capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds and able to remain stationary for approximately half of their shift. Additional key attributes include autonomy, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset that adapts well to change. In this role, associates are expected to maintain a 95% annual client retention rate by delivering top-tier onsite operations, completing daily task lists with high accuracy, and achieving quality control benchmarks.
