Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years old to handle alcohol
- Open availability preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and climb
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Must work effectively in a team environment
- Must comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to two years of experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment preferred but not required
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
- Physical capability to perform bending, stretching, and lifting tasks
Job Duties
- Operates POS register for food and drinks including bar register when directed
- Prepares food and beverage items utilizing company policies and standards
- Resets and buses the food court seating area
- Washes and dries dishes, glasses, and other cooking or food prep utensils
- Conducts all opening and closing procedures including cash tills and kitchen cleaning
- Manages food and beverage inventory according to store policies
- Maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers
- Manages plates, cups, and utensil inventory according to store policies
- Conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags
- Responds politely and promptly to customer requests
- Operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes
- Operates POS system to collect payments and lends out facility equipment such as karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong
- Operates POS system to collect payments and issues cards and credits for arcade
- Performs other duties assigned by store management
