This role is integral to supporting the Food and Beverage Department while ensuring guests receive exceptional service. The position primarily involves operating Point of Sale (POS) registers for food, drinks, and arcade activities, preparing food and beverage items following company standards, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and safety within the facility. Additionally, team members are responsible for resetting and bussing the dining area, washing dishes and utensils, conducting opening and closing procedures, and supporting various entertainment sections by handling payments for bowling lanes, karaoke, billiards, and more.

Ideal candidates for this position are friendly, outgoing, and enjoy interacting with people in a social, energetic setting. This person thrives in a noisy, busy environment and has the flexibility to move and stand for long periods. The workdays might require physical activities such as bending, stretching, and occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance. Applicants must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol and possess a High School diploma or GED. While previous experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment is preferred, it’s not mandatory, as on-the-job training is provided to deliver exceptional service consistent with Round One's standards.
