Job Description

Round One Entertainment Inc. is a premier entertainment company specializing in offering an exciting array of recreational activities such as video games, bowling, karaoke, billiards, darts, and ping pong. Founded with a mission to create fun-filled, vibrant, and engaging environments, Round One continues to attract guests of all ages looking to enjoy a broad selection of entertainment options under one roof. The company prioritizes customer satisfaction, a friendly atmosphere, and a fun experience, making its establishments the go-to destination for group outings, family fun, and solo entertainment. Known for its comprehensive food and beverage offerings, Round One combines its recreational services with a full-service dining experience to provide guests with the best overall visit possible.

At Round One, employees become a part of a dynamic hospitality team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service in high-energy, lively settings. The position we are hiring for is responsible for supporting the operation of the Food and Beverage Department within the company’s entertainment venues. This role is fundamental in ensuring that customers not only have a memorable time playing games and participating in activities but also enjoy excellent service and quality food and beverage throughout their visit. This job requires an individual with a friendly and outgoing personality who thrives in social situations and enjoys working with people. Because the venues are bustling with people in a lively atmosphere, having a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills is essential.

The specific duties involved in this role include operating the Point of Sale (POS) system for food, drinks, and activities such as bowling and arcade games. It involves preparing food and beverages according to company standards, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the food court, and managing inventory of food, beverages, and utensils. Employees are also expected to conduct restroom checks and perform opening and closing procedures — from handling cash tills to kitchen cleaning. Interacting with customers courteously and efficiently is a key part of the job, as is occasionally managing age and alcohol restrictions in compliance with company policies.

The position requires individuals to have a High School diploma or GED and be at least 21 years old to handle alcohol. While prior experience in a hospitality or retail environment is valued, experience in bowling establishments or bartending is preferred but not mandatory. This is a great opportunity for those looking to work in a fun and dynamic environment that combines entertainment and food service. The work environment can be noisy and active, requiring the employee to be mobile and physically capable of handling various tasks, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods. Round One also supports and encourages employee engagement by offering a range of benefits including recreational playtime, discounts on food, and complimentary beverages during shifts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, interactive job in a thriving entertainment setting and who appreciates working in a team that values customer interaction and quality service. If you are energetic, responsible, and enjoy hospitality with a fun twist, this position at Round One Entertainment Inc. could be the perfect fit for you.
