Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- open availability preferred, including weekends and closing shifts
- must be 21 or older to handle alcohol
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- physical flexibility to bend, stretch, twist, and climb
- ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs with assistance
- comfortable working in loud and busy environments
Job Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- experience in entertainment or hospitality industries preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to handle cash and POS systems accurately
- capability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- physical ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs with assistance
- flexible availability including weekends and closing shifts
- age 21 or older for handling alcohol
Job Duties
- Operates POS register for food and drinks
- prepares food and beverage items utilizing company policies and standards
- resets and buses the food court seating area
- washes and dries dishes, glasses, and other cooking/food prep utensils
- conducts all opening and closing procedures
- manages food and beverage inventory by store policies
- maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers
- manages plates, cups, and utensil inventory
- conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags
- responds politely and friendly to customer requests
- occasionally operates POS for bowling lane payments
- occasionally operates POS to lend facility and equipment
- occasionally operates POS for arcade cards and credits
- performs other duties assigned by management
