Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues in a diplomatic manner
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Ability to perform basic math operations and interpret data
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Mathematical skills including basic arithmetic, percentages, and data interpretation
  • Effective presentation and communication abilities

Job Duties

  • Supervise Food and Beverage outlet and manage daily operations during assigned shifts
  • Create effective and efficient staffing schedules maintaining labor costs and achieving guest satisfaction
  • Assist in departmental budget planning and ensure compliance with budget initiatives
  • Promote and uphold superior customer service standards and resolve issues promptly
  • Ensure enforcement of gaming laws and food safety regulations within the department
  • Assist in developing food service procedures and monitor menu quality to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Maintain cost control through inventory management and consistent par levels
