Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues in a diplomatic manner
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to perform basic math operations and interpret data
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to present information and respond to questions effectively
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Mathematical skills including basic arithmetic, percentages, and data interpretation
- Effective presentation and communication abilities
Job Duties
- Supervise Food and Beverage outlet and manage daily operations during assigned shifts
- Create effective and efficient staffing schedules maintaining labor costs and achieving guest satisfaction
- Assist in departmental budget planning and ensure compliance with budget initiatives
- Promote and uphold superior customer service standards and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure enforcement of gaming laws and food safety regulations within the department
- Assist in developing food service procedures and monitor menu quality to maximize customer satisfaction
- Maintain cost control through inventory management and consistent par levels
