Job Requirements

  • Provide leadership and motivate food and beverage teams
  • Manage budgeting and financial performance of food and beverage operations
  • Utilize hospitality technology systems proficiently
  • Maintain high standards of customer service
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills with guests and staff
  • Have certification in Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid where applicable
  • Be available to work overtime as this is an overtime eligible management position

Job Qualifications

  • Prefer a 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with supervisory experience required
  • Effective in handling stressful, high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity
  • Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Deliver standout service across all food and beverage areas, creating a warm, welcoming vibe for guests and teammates alike
  • Take charge of budgeting and revenue strategies to keep the department thriving and targets exceeded
  • Spot issues before they happen and solve them fast to keep service flowing and guests smiling
  • Share ideas clearly, listen actively, and keep the conversation open with guests, staff, and leadership
  • Use Windows systems, spreadsheets, and word docs like a pro to manage operations and reporting with ease
  • Lead, coach, and guide food and beverage staff while keeping standards high and procedures on point
