Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferably in a luxury hotel or high-profile restaurant
- strong knowledge of luxury service standards
- excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- proven leadership ability to guide and support a team
- strong time management skills including multitasking and setting priorities
- ability to operate Micros POS and Microsoft Office suite preferred
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in English reading, oral, and written
- superior organization and prioritization skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to be on feet and engaged in daily operations
- US work authorization required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- support the Restaurant General Manager in daily restaurant operations
