The Food and Beverage Assistant Manager role at Cherokee Town & Country Club is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $68,000 to $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality, restaurant management, business, or a similar field
- minimum of 2 years experience as a restaurant manager
- experience with beverage program creation and management
- knowledge of wine inventory systems
- experience with craft cocktail creation and procurement
- prior private club or fine dining experience preferred
- servsafe and tips certification preferred
