Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferably in luxury hotel or high-profile restaurant
  • strong knowledge of luxury service standards
  • excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
  • proven leadership ability to guide and support a dynamic team
  • strong time management skills including multitasking and priority setting
  • proficiency with Micros POS and Microsoft Office preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
  • flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent English reading and verbal presentation skills

Job Duties

  • supporting the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations
  • leading and motivating the restaurant service team
  • ensuring exceptional guest service consistent with Four Seasons standards
  • managing the smooth functioning of Evelyn's Restaurant
  • coordinating with culinary and other departments for seamless guest experiences
  • monitoring service quality and guest satisfaction
  • handling guest inquiries and resolving issues effectively
