Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of restaurant leadership experience preferably in luxury hotel or high-profile restaurant
- strong knowledge of luxury service standards
- excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- proven leadership ability to guide and support a dynamic team
- strong time management skills including multitasking and priority setting
- proficiency with Micros POS and Microsoft Office preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- superior organizational skills and ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments
- flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent English reading and verbal presentation skills
Job Duties
- supporting the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations
- leading and motivating the restaurant service team
- ensuring exceptional guest service consistent with Four Seasons standards
- managing the smooth functioning of Evelyn's Restaurant
- coordinating with culinary and other departments for seamless guest experiences
- monitoring service quality and guest satisfaction
- handling guest inquiries and resolving issues effectively
