Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • able to obtain proper licensure required by the New York State Gaming Commission
  • high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • minimum two years relevant service leadership experience in a similar dining environment

Job Duties

  • Review daily schedules and manage time off and vacation requests
  • coach and train on policies, procedures, and performance
  • supervise cashiers to ensure correct policies and procedures for check handling and closing are maintained
  • manage restaurant activities including compliance with Health Department and Fire Marshall Regulations
  • communicate with Chef on food service and menu issues
  • assist in seasonal and holiday menu changes
  • order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing
  • exercise cost controls for all aspects of restaurant operation
  • manage pricing and maintenance issues to ensure checks can be processed correctly
  • communicate directly with guests for special requests and large party reservations
