Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- able to obtain proper licensure required by the New York State Gaming Commission
- high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- minimum two years relevant service leadership experience in a similar dining environment

Job Duties
- Review daily schedules and manage time off and vacation requests
- coach and train on policies, procedures, and performance
- supervise cashiers to ensure correct policies and procedures for check handling and closing are maintained
- manage restaurant activities including compliance with Health Department and Fire Marshall Regulations
- communicate with Chef on food service and menu issues
- assist in seasonal and holiday menu changes
- order supplies through the IP System and Purchasing
- exercise cost controls for all aspects of restaurant operation
- manage pricing and maintenance issues to ensure checks can be processed correctly
- communicate directly with guests for special requests and large party reservations
