They develop and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in collaboration with the executive kitchen team, and serve as the day-of coordinator ensuring that every event runs smoothly from setup through execution and breakdown.

Preferred candidates will have at least two years of supervisory or management experience in food and beverage or hospitality settings, with a strong interest in private event sales. Experience within private clubs, resorts, or upscale hospitality environments enhances the ability to deliver the premium service Tennessee National Golf Club expects. The ideal candidate will be skilled in team leadership, client communication, event coordination, and driving sales through proactive relationship building within the membership base and local community.
