Job Description
Uline, a family-owned company, is North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with over 9,000 employees across 14 locations. Founded over 45 years ago, Uline has built a strong reputation for quality service, reliability, and customer satisfaction. This well-established company values stability, career growth, and investing in its workforce. Located at its corporate headquarters at 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI, Uline offers an engaging and supportive workplace environment with excellent benefits and employee perks.
The Food and Beverage Analyst role at Uline is a vital position that supports the efficient and cost-effective operation of the on-site cafés at the corporate headquarters. These cafés serve fresh, affordable meals daily to employees, contributing significantly to workplace satisfaction and productivity. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about food service operations, data analysis, and vendor management to contribute to a growing, successful company. The role focuses on analyzing food service performance, spending, and providing actionable financial recommendations to management to improve overall efficiency and quality. The analyst will also be responsible for reviewing vendor contracts and invoices, assisting with vendor negotiations, and overseeing point-of-sale systems from setup to reporting.
Beyond operational oversight, this role requires a hands-on approach to monitor day-to-day café activities, identify opportunities to improve quality and efficiency, and implement best practices that align with corporate goals. The position demands strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors, management, and internal teams. As part of a company that values its employees, Uline offers various benefits, including comprehensive health insurance coverage, a 401(k) plan with 6% employer matching starting day one, multiple bonus programs, tuition assistance for continuing education, paid holidays, and generous paid time off. Additional employee perks include access to an on-site café, a first-class fitness center with complimentary personal trainers, and over four miles of beautifully maintained walking trails to support employee well-being.
This full-time, on-site position requires candidates to be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a positive work environment. Uline also maintains a drug-free workplace policy, with pre-employment hair follicle drug screening as a requirement for all new hires. The company is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action Employer committed to diversity, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. If you are looking for a dynamic role in a reputable company with stability, career growth, and a commitment to employee wellness, consider joining Uline as a Food and Beverage Analyst and help fuel the team’s success.
