We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Admin Coordinator. This important role supports the Food and Beverage Front of House leadership by managing administrative tasks that ensure smooth operational flow between departments. The Food and Beverage Admin Coordinator will serve as one of the initial points of contact for reservation calls and inquiries, handling communication professionally and promptly, which is critical to maintaining the high standards Concord Hospitality is known for.

This position requires someone with excellent time management skills, proactive planning abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining key software platforms such as BevSpot, Micros, and OpenTable, helping to create and manage department calendars, special event flyers, and signage with tools like Canva and Avery. The role also involves serving as a vital liaison between Food & Beverage leadership, culinary teams, banquet services, and other hotel departments, ensuring seamless coordination across the hotel’s service areas.

This is a dynamic position suited for a motivated individual with previous restaurant experience and proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office. Micros system experience is preferred to enhance effectiveness in managing Food & Beverage operations. The Food and Beverage Admin Coordinator plays a crucial part in maintaining organizational efficiency by ensuring associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs to the best of their ability.
