  • proficient knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Micros system experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • support and assist food and beverage front of house leaders with administrative tasks
  • demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation and proactive planning
  • be one of the first points of contact for incoming reservation calls
  • respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers
  • maintain food and beverage software including BevSpot, Micros, and OpenTable
  • serve as a liaison between food and beverage leadership, culinary team, banquets, and other hotel departments
  • create and maintain special event flyers and signage using Canva and Avery
  • ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs
  • maintain department calendars and important deadlines
