The Food and Beverage Admin Assistant role at Concord Hospitality is designed for an experienced and energetic individual who can provide vital administrative support to the Food & Beverage Front of House leaders. This full-time position requires a proactive approach to managing time, tasks, and communication, ensuring the Food & Beverage department operates smoothly and efficiently. The assistant will play a critical role as one of the first points of contact for incoming reservation calls, responding promptly and professionally to internal partners and external customers. This requires a keen focus on detail and a high level of organizational savvy.
In this role, the assistant will maintain and manage essential Food & Beverage software platforms such as BevSpot, Micros, and OpenTable. Acting as a liaison between Food & Beverage leadership, the culinary team, banquets, and other hotel departments, the assistant facilitates communication and coordination across several functions. They will also create and maintain special event flyers and signage using tools like Canva and Avery, ensuring information is visually engaging and effectively communicated to both staff and customers. Additionally, the assistant supports the department by ensuring associates have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their duties efficiently while managing department calendars and important deadlines to keep the team on schedule.

Job Duties
- Support and assist Food & Beverage Front of House leaders with administrative tasks
- demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation and proactive planning, and endeavor to be organizationally savvy with a keen focus on detail
- be one of the first points of contact for incoming reservation calls, and respond in a quick, timely, and professional manner to all internal partners and external customers
- maintain Food & Beverage software, BevSpot, Micros, and OpenTable
