Job Requirements
- minimum age to serve and/or sell alcohol beverages at the location of employment
- food handler certification within 30 days of employment
- alcohol server certification within 30 days of employment if serving and/or selling alcohol
- ability to work in a fast-paced and varied environment
- flexible and committed team player
- excellent communication skills
- outgoing and friendly demeanor
- ability to learn quickly
- high energy and positive attitude
- progress toward educational goals encouraged
- background in food service preferred
- willingness to be cross-trained in multiple club departments
Job Qualifications
- minimum 16 years of age
- progress toward high school diploma or college degree preferred
- five-star customer service skills
- excellent communication skills
- good organizational skills
- ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology
- outgoing and friendly personality
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- bilingual a plus
- background in restaurants or food service preferred
- food handler certification within 30 days of employment
- alcohol server certification required within 30 days if applicable
Job Duties
- sell and prepare snacks and meals using predetermined recipes and preparation standards
- clean and maintain cooking and serving areas
- provide exceptional customer service to club members and guests
- assist and support other club departments as needed including front desk, spa reception, housekeeping, and sports facilities
- maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- learn new tasks and technologies related to club operations
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure a welcoming and efficient club environment
