Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- minimum one to two years experience in hospitality or retail
- age 21 or older to serve and handle alcohol
- open availability especially nights and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to bend, stretch, twist, and climb in small spaces
- ability to lift or move up to 100 lbs with assistance
- ability to handle food and beverage preparation
- ability to operate POS systems
- ability to maintain a clean and safe work area
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- one to two years of experience in hospitality or retail environment
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- ability to operate POS systems
- strong customer service skills
- physical ability to perform job tasks including standing for extended periods
- familiarity with safety and sanitation standards
- preferred experience in a bowling establishment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Operates POS register for food and drinks including bar register when directed
- prepares food and beverage items according to company standards
- resets and buses the food court seating area
- washes and dries dishes, glasses, and other cooking/food prep utensils
- conducts all opening and closing procedures including cash tills and kitchen cleaning
- manages food and beverage inventory based on store policies
- maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers
- manages plates, cups, and utensil inventory
- conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags
- responds to customers’ requests politely with a friendly demeanor
- operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes
- lends out facility and equipment like karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong
- issues cards and credits for arcade
- performs other duties assigned by Store Management
