Job Requirements
- Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- basic knowledge of food and beverage, service standards, customer relations and etiquette
- ability to serve alcohol if required
- tuberculosis clearance (Hawaii only)
- valid Food Handlers Card (Washington only)
- fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking
- clear verbal and written communication skills
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand and walk constantly
- ability to lift up to 40lbs, move up to 50lbs
- familiarity operating POS, register, and restaurant equipment
- willingness to work scheduled shifts
- adherence to all company policies and state safety regulations

Job Duties
- Complies with all company policies and procedures
- maintains dining room cleanliness and organization
- ensures proper sanitation of dining area
- supports cleanliness of restaurant interior and exterior
- ensures customer satisfaction with daily dining experience
- demonstrates and upholds customer service standards
- handles customer complaints professionally and calmly
- notifies management of complaints
- attends pre/post-shift briefings and meetings
- learns and becomes competent in all front-of-house duty stations
- performs essential FOH functions including server, host, and cashier roles
- efficiently operates host, cashier, refreshment, and bar stations
- assists with timely storage and organization of deliveries
- follows safe stock level standards
- communicates operational issues and service concerns to management
- performs additional duties as assigned
- checks and works scheduled shifts
- notifies management of personnel changes
- attends mandatory staff meetings
- adheres to OSHA, food safety, and sanitation requirements
- stays organized, clean, and neat
- promotes and recites menu items
- works primarily indoors in varying temperature environments
- uses chemicals safely for cleaning
- works 4-6 hour shifts with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
- meets minimum 35 hour workweek requirement
