Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, evenings, holidays, split shifts, and extended hours
- must be able to obtain California Food Handler Certificate
- must possess current Responsible Beverage Server Training Certificate
- prior experience preferred
- excellent verbal communication skills
- able to operate POS system and time-tracking software
- able to maintain neat appearance
- ability to perform multitasking in fast-paced environment
- ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively

Job Duties
- Greet all guests immediately in a friendly manner
- answer guest questions about the menu
- assist guests with ordering on kiosks
- transmit orders accurately to bar and kitchen
- identify guests' special dietary needs and requests
- serve orders and deliver accompaniments
- clear and sanitize tables after guests depart
- reset tables for next guests
- adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
- thank guests and invite them to return
- total charges and handle payments
- operate coffee machine including steaming milk and creating latte art
- communicate clearly with expeditor, management, and co-workers
- carry several plates and trays properly
- read food tickets accurately
- multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- perform opening and closing procedures
- practice safe working habits and take breaks timely
- clean and sanitize front-of-house areas
- bag and haul trash to dumpsters
- handle tableware carefully
- maintain safety and cleanliness standards
- communicate clearly with guests and staff
- assist with event setup
- follow instructions for chemical and supply usage
- keep equipment organized
- operate company vehicles safely
- complete tasks as assigned by management
