Collaboration with the entire team is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

In this position, the FOH Support will perform all side work necessary to maintain the operation’s high standards. Tasks include sanitation, cleaning, restocking, and assisting with event setups ensuring that the venue is always ready to impress. The ability to respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests is critical, as is meticulous attention to detail to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Adaptability is crucial, with work schedules requiring flexibility including evenings, weekends, holidays, and split shifts. With previous restaurant experience preferred, candidates should have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications such as the California Food Handler Certificate and an ABC-approved Responsible Beverage Server Training Certificate are required to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The FOH Support position offers an exciting opportunity to join a hospitality group that values high-quality service, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
