Beyond the operational tasks, Front of House Support team members at Keke's Breakfast Cafe play a vital role in customer satisfaction by communicating effectively with guests, addressing special seating requests, and collaborating with servers to maximize service efficiency. The environment encourages teamwork and proactive problem-solving, contributing to the overall success of the cafe. Candidates who thrive in this role are those who enjoy engaging with people, can maintain composure under pressure, and who are passionate about creating positive dining experiences.
