The Salty Donut is currently seeking enthusiastic and guest-focused Front of House (FOH) Staff / Baristas to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy interacting with guests, and are eager to grow within a rapidly expanding hospitality brand. The Barista position is critical in delivering warm, genuine, and high-quality guest service, ensuring that each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Employees are responsible for guiding guests through the menu, preparing coffee and tea beverages to The Salty Donut’s high standards, operating the point of sale system accurately, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The role also involves packing donut orders, adhering to food safety and quality protocols, assisting with inventory and restocking, and collaborating with team members to support smooth and efficient store operations.
