Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- ability to maintain a positive attendance record
- strong organization skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- minimum of six months experience as a cashier in hospitality or retail
- current Food Handlers Card or ServSafe Certificate
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- prior customer service or restaurant experience preferred
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- current Food Handlers Card or ServSafe Certificate
- minimum of six months cashier experience in hospitality or retail
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm, genuine welcome
- process guest orders in person and by telephone using POS
- handle cash and credit/debit transactions with accuracy
- present food to guests and attend to service opportunities
- maintain cleanliness of the dining area, restrooms, and front counter
- restock supplies such as ice, tumblers, and glassware
- communicate regularly with FOH and BOH staff to optimize service levels
