The role of Floor Manager at Farmer's Table Boca Raton is a crucial leadership position responsible for coordinating the front of house operations to guarantee an exceptional guest experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager and collaborating closely with the Executive Chef, the Floor Manager plays an integral part in overseeing day-to-day restaurant functions including guest services, beverage operations, and staff management. This full-time position offers a salary of up to $65,000 per year and is ideal for an individual with at least three years of relevant experience in upscale dining environments.

The Floor Manager will be entrusted with ensuring that all operational standards are met, maintaining the flow of service during active periods, and continuously driving team performance towards business objectives. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • develop a learning culture and to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded
  • promote the training and development of staff to ensure standards are maintained, and monitor all training and development within the department
  • manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals
