Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in front of house management in a restaurant setting
- ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- commitment to providing outstanding guest service
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years of experience in a front of house management role in an upscale dining environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- proven ability to manage and develop a team
- excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- knowledge of guest service and beverage operations
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- support the general manager in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business
- ensuring the agreed standards of food service are adhered to at all times
- ensure the efficient flow of service and standards are constantly met during service periods
- build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business
- develop a learning culture and to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded
- promote the training and development of staff to ensure standards are maintained, and monitor all training and development within the department
- manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals
