Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in front of house management in a restaurant setting
  • ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • commitment to providing outstanding guest service
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 years of experience in a front of house management role in an upscale dining environment
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to manage and develop a team
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • knowledge of guest service and beverage operations
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • support the general manager in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business
  • ensuring the agreed standards of food service are adhered to at all times
  • ensure the efficient flow of service and standards are constantly met during service periods
  • build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business
  • develop a learning culture and to ensure that all team members feel valued and rewarded
  • promote the training and development of staff to ensure standards are maintained, and monitor all training and development within the department
  • manage all employees in line with the agreed skills and standards, giving regular feedback and appraisals
