The establishment places a strong emphasis on teamwork, leadership, and maintaining a smooth operational flow to ensure guests enjoy every visit to the fullest.
The Bartender/FOH Manager role is a pivotal hybrid position designed for a talented professional who excels both behind the bar and in a leadership capacity managing front-of-house operations. This multifaceted role offers competitive compensation with tips ranging from $30 to $40 per hour, highlighting the value placed on expertise and guest satisfaction.
