Job Description

Dish Society is a fine fast casual restaurant that prides itself on serving chef-driven dishes made with locally sourced ingredients, along with craft coffee and a full bar program. The establishment focuses on creating memorable guest experiences and fostering a strong internal culture, from breakfast to award-winning brunch.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable with POS systems, cash handling, and basic reconciliation
  • Skilled at motivating and guiding a team through high-volume service
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs when needed
  • Food Manager Certification (prior to training completion)
  • TABC Certification (prior to hire)
