Dish Society is a renowned fine fast casual restaurant dedicated to serving chef-driven dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients. The establishment prides itself on a mouth-watering menu that includes craft coffee and a full bar program, creating a vibrant yet comfortable dining atmosphere. This restaurant is not only about delivering exceptional food but also about fostering an environment where good food, good vibes, and great people come together to create memorable moments. Known for its award-winning brunch and commitment to quality, Dish Society is a place where hospitality takes center stage. The company culture emphasizes teamwork, genuine service, and a passion for culinary excellence, making it a sought-after employer in the hospitality industry.

The Front of House Leader role at Dish Society is a vital leadership position within this dynamic restaurant environment. This full-time role, averaging 40 to 45 hours per week, requires open availability including morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility and reliability are critical in supporting the team and guests effectively. The leader will be responsible for managing and motivating the front of house team while ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations. This includes setting the tone for excellent service, managing communication between front and back of house, and maintaining high hospitality standards throughout each shift. The role demands a hands-on approach where the leader often steps into different duties such as greeting guests, running food, making drinks, and resolving guest concerns. The ability to lead with both heart and hustle is essential, as the position calls for a leader who thrives under pressure and embraces a fast-paced hospitality setting.

At Dish Society, the Front of House Leader will be the connective tissue that binds the guest experience, ensuring that every detail from cleanliness to team positioning is managed with care. The role supports team development through coaching and real-time feedback, focusing on nurturing talent and promoting a collaborative environment. Leaders are expected to lead by example, demonstrating strong communication skills, a guest-first mindset, and the ability to motivate staff through busy services. Additionally, the leader plays a key role in maintaining operational flow during peak times, supporting opening and closing procedures, and ensuring seamless shift handoffs. Dish Society values leaders who bring energy, ideas, and a positive attitude to their work, contributing to a culture that balances hustle and heart, innovation and sustainability, development and fun. Joining Dish Society means becoming part of a growing brand that values its team as much as its guests, offering numerous opportunities for personal and professional growth within a community-focused restaurant setting.
