The role of Floor Manager at Ezio's is a hands-on leadership position pivotal to maintaining the high standards of service and operational efficiency required in a fast-paced, high-volume fine dining environment. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, the Floor Manager leads the front of house team to ensure every aspect of the guest experience is polished, warm, and attentive. This position requires an individual with a natural hospitality mindset, exceptional floor presence, and strong leadership capabilities, enabling them to motivate and mentor staff effectively. The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing daily dining room operations, upholding company policies and service standards, and ensuring seamless coordination between front and back of house teams. This role demands excellent multitasking and time management skills, a deep understanding of service standards, and proficiency in wine, cocktails, and beverage offerings. Additionally, the Floor Manager supports administrative responsibilities and labor management, contributing to the overall success and smooth operation of the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant experience, preferably in fine dining or upscale casual concepts
  • 1+ years leadership experience
  • food handlers certificate or willingness to obtain
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong knowledge of service standards, wine, cocktails, and beverage offerings
  • experience managing labor and understanding food and beverage cost controls
  • excellent multitasking and time-management skills
  • knowledge of POS systems and restaurant technology
  • professional communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead the dining room by example, ensuring every guest receives warm, polished, and attentive hospitality
  • uphold and execute Ezio's service standards, company policies, procedures, and training programs
  • ensure all guests receive warm and welcoming hospitality, exceeding expectations
  • achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness through employee training and positive work environment
  • support the GM and AGM in overseeing daily restaurant operations and seamless service flow
  • maintain strong floor presence during service, anticipating guest and staff needs in real time
  • mentor, coach, and develop hourly FOH staff, holding all team members to consistent standards of excellence
