The role being recruited for is that of a Food and Beverage Server, a critical frontline position responsible for directly interacting with club members and guests. The Food and Beverage Server must set tables and serve meals according to established proper dining protocols, ensuring the presentation and service is impeccable. This includes knowledge of proper serving techniques such as placing and removing dishes and beverages correctly, handling utensils and glassware without contamination, and respecting traditional courtesies like serving ladies first.
