The position currently available is designed to support the front-of-house operations that uphold this high standard of service. The role is primarily focused on assisting servers in delivering an outstanding dining experience by ensuring each table is perfectly prepared and maintained throughout service. The individual will be responsible for setting tables with the appropriate mise en place such as condiments and candles, keeping service stations fully stocked and organized, and aiding in the smooth flow of the dining room. Beyond table preparation and maintenance, this role involves delivering bread and water to guests, clearing tables between courses, and resetting tables promptly for new visitors. Additionally, the position supports the management team as required, contributing to operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and values teamwork and communication. The candidate must be adept at multitasking and possess the ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions in English. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to seize grasp turn and hold objects with hands
  • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
  • Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others
  • Must be able to move pull carry or lift at least 40 pounds
  • Occasionally kneel bend crouch and climb as required

Job Duties

  • Setting up tables with the appropriate mise en place including ketchup salt pepper HP and sugar bowl
  • Making sure all stations are fully stocked and ready for service maintain stations fully during service
  • Setting up candles on the tables
  • Detailing all tables before the start of service to ensure place settings are neat and organized
  • Delivering bread and water to all tables in their assigned section assisting other sections when necessary
  • Making sure the bread warmer is always organized and full
  • Clearing tables between each course
  • Clearing and re-setting tables for new guests
  • Completing assigned side work before and after service
  • Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
