Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in banquet or food service preferred
- Ability to work full-time 40 hours per week
- Must be courteous, obliging, and attentive
- Ability to follow detailed service procedures
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced team environment
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of a la carte and buffet service styles
- Familiarity with cocktail service, including types of drinks and garnishes
- Ability to manage sales transactions accurately
- Understanding of state laws related to alcohol service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in hospitality or banquet service preferred
Job Duties
- Set tables according to established rules and etiquette
- Serve meals and beverages to club members and guests
- Clear tables promptly when instructed by management
- Perform light cleaning and restock supplies as needed
- Manage sale tickets and ensure members sign before leaving
- Collect cash during cash bars and total tallies during host bars
- Ensure compliance with state statutes and club policy on alcohol service
