Job Requirements
- Able to work walking or standing for 100% of the shift up to 8 hours
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of dishes when necessary up to 50 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- Must be able to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Friendly, warm and caring attitude that is always ready to greet guests and team with a smile
- Great time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Works well with a team
- Always keeps an enthusiastic attitude
- Experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Keep dining room floors and all guest visitation areas clean and dry to ensure our guests' safety while in our restaurants
- Stock and clean bathrooms and hand washing stations
- Buss tables efficiently and quickly clean and reset tables according to company standards
- Help fellow team members such as servers and bartenders when appropriate
- Communicate with server and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and guest service
- Attend to any guest that might ask for help and ensure that their concerns are resolved quickly and efficiently
- Look for any work that may need to be done in support of the servers and complete all side work and any extra duties assigned by managers
