- food service supervisor experience preferred
- knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) preferred
- Serv-Safe certification preferred

Job Duties
- Supervise all food and nutrition department employees in daily performance
- actively participate in patient meal tray preparation

- manage inventory of department supplies
- ensure sanitation and cleanliness of the department
- maintain daily workflow and productivity
- assist with setup of catering events as needed
