We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our General Tank Assembly team at Middleville. This full-time position offers an hourly pay rate starting at $21.49, with an additional $1.00 premium for those working the third shift (10:30 p.m. to 7:00 or 8:00 a.m.), depending on shift offerings and plant openings. The role involves various essential functions within Bradford White’s Greater Assembly process, including handling materials such as spray coating, milling batch ingredients, following strict batch-making recipes, loading materials onto conveyors, and adhering to stringent quality and safety standards, particularly concerning personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining safety protocols in an environment where materials include harmful chemicals, heavy steel parts, sharp-edged metals, and exposure to high-powered ovens that can influence surrounding temperatures, especially in summer months. The candidate will be cross-trained across multiple job functions to promote versatility and adaptability within the team. With a focus on product quality, this role offers opportunities to learn and master various manufacturing techniques and contribute to a team dedicated to delivering reliable and high-quality products.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven ability to follow safety regulations and PPE guidelines
- ability to manage material handling in a high-volume environment
- strong physical stamina to stand 8 -12 hours and lift up to 50lbs
- ability to perform repetitive movements such as bending, reaching, and rotating materials
- cleanly shaven and able to wear a fitted respirator
- willingness to cross-train in multiple jobs within the training period
Job Qualifications
- Proven ability to follow and understand safety regulations and PPE guidelines
- ability to efficiently manage material handling in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks
- ability to comprehend work instructions and complete required training
- prior spray booth, powder coating, milling or batch mixing experience
- familiarity with basic math for product tracking and changeovers
- prior experience understanding how weather or humidity impacts paint thickness
- experience in fast-paced environments assembling or moving large products
- background in metalworks, steel, aluminum, or similar industries
