We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our General Tank Assembly team at Middleville. This full-time position offers an hourly pay rate starting at $21.49, with an additional $1.00 premium for those working the third shift (10:30 p.m. to 7:00 or 8:00 a.m.), depending on shift offerings and plant openings. The role involves various essential functions within Bradford White’s Greater Assembly process, including handling materials such as spray coating, milling batch ingredients, following strict batch-making recipes, loading materials onto conveyors, and adhering to stringent quality and safety standards, particularly concerning personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to perform multiple concurrent tasks efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining safety protocols in an environment where materials include harmful chemicals, heavy steel parts, sharp-edged metals, and exposure to high-powered ovens that can influence surrounding temperatures, especially in summer months. The candidate will be cross-trained across multiple job functions to promote versatility and adaptability within the team.
