Job Duties

  • Execute prep list for savory and pastry items as written by kitchen manager or manager
  • Provide support for coworkers in order to ensure prep is being done efficiently
  • Follow all recipes and techniques in food preparation
  • Be another set of eyes on product
  • Provide constructive feedback as needed
  • Handle food and clean stations per standard sanitation procedures
  • Assist with kitchen upkeep and deep cleaning tasks when production list is complete
  • Assist with checking in ordering from BK
  • Help maintain an orderly and clean kitchen
  • Cover all Kitchen managers days off
  • Check-in each day when you arrive and leave with the FOH manager or Kitchen Manager
  • Plan any and all catering and special orders with FOH manager or Kitchen Manager
  • Place BK orders through Flexi
  • Place vendor orders
  • Inventory product to meet all BOH food pars
  • Ensure stewards have a plan for the day and night
