Job Duties
- Execute prep list for savory and pastry items as written by kitchen manager or manager
- Provide support for coworkers in order to ensure prep is being done efficiently
- Follow all recipes and techniques in food preparation
- Be another set of eyes on product
- Provide constructive feedback as needed
- Handle food and clean stations per standard sanitation procedures
- Assist with kitchen upkeep and deep cleaning tasks when production list is complete
- Assist with checking in ordering from BK
- Help maintain an orderly and clean kitchen
- Cover all Kitchen managers days off
- Check-in each day when you arrive and leave with the FOH manager or Kitchen Manager
- Plan any and all catering and special orders with FOH manager or Kitchen Manager
- Place BK orders through Flexi
- Place vendor orders
- Inventory product to meet all BOH food pars
- Ensure stewards have a plan for the day and night
