Powered by a team of passionate and dedicated individuals, Four Seasons fosters a culture of continuous improvement where employees strive to elevate their skills and deliver world-class service. The company’s philosophy revolves around mutual respect, hospitality, and creating lifelong impressions by genuinely connecting with guests, residents, and partners. With properties in prestigious locations worldwide, Four Seasons exemplifies luxury living combined with warmth and personal attention, ensuring every interaction reflects their core values of genuine heart and unparalleled quality. The Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach proudly stands as Palm Beach Island's only Five-Star, Five-Diamond resort, offering guests a timeless, intimate experience deeply intertwined with its private beachfront and the local charm of the island. The resort’s hallmark is its dedication to impeccable service and refined luxury tailored to create memorable, authentic moments for each guest.
The role of Mixologist at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is a prestigious position situated within the Food & Beverage department at Florie's, the resort’s signature restaurant. Florie’s represents an extraordinary culinary collaboration between Four Seasons and Mauro Colagreco, the celebrated chef of the three-Michelin-starred Mirazur. The restaurant is known for its innovative approach to Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, highlighting local ingredients and live-fire cooking techniques, positioning it as a central element of the resort’s culinary experience. As a Mixologist, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of crafting and delivering exceptional cocktails that complement the restaurant's refined atmosphere. This involves preparing both signature and classic cocktails with precision and creativity, constantly innovating to enhance the beverage program while engaging guests with personalized, attentive service.
In this role, you will be a key ambassador of the brand’s spirit, ensuring that every drink served at Florie’s not only meets but exceeds the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. The position requires a keen understanding of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail trends, alongside the ability to educate guests on beverage offerings, ingredients, and optimal pairings. You will manage the preparation of house-made ingredients such as shrubs, bitters, syrups, and infusions, contributing to the unique flavor profiles cherished by Florie’s patrons. Collaboration with culinary and restaurant teams is essential to deliver an integrated, seamless dining and drinking experience.
Four Seasons places great emphasis on compliance with alcohol service laws, food safety standards, and internal policies to maintain a safe and responsible environment. The Mixologist role demands flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers excellent opportunities for professional growth within a world-class luxury hospitality brand. With competitive salary and wages, comprehensive benefits, and unique perks such as complimentary accommodations at Four Seasons properties, this position is perfect for an experienced mixology professional eager to make their mark in the luxury hospitality industry.
