The Florie's Cocktail Server position plays an essential role in enhancing the dining experience within this prestigious restaurant. This full-time role demands a knowledgeable and attentive professional committed to delivering impeccable food and beverage service with a particular emphasis on cocktail and bar offerings. Reporting to the Restaurant Management Team and operating within the Food & Beverage division, the role centers on providing guests with personalized, knowledgeable, and courteous service throughout their visit. The Cocktail Server is expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of the cocktail menu, wines, spirits, and food pairings, ensuring that every guest receives tailored recommendations and a seamless service flow. Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of serving experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage including wine, cocktails, and spirits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors as required
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional table-side and bar service, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience
