We are currently hiring for a Tech position responsible for maintaining and upkeeping carpet and hard surface floors. This role offers a pay rate ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, with the exact wage determined based on the applicant's experience, skills, abilities, location, and alignment with market standards. The position entails a weekly commitment of 32 to 40 hours, primarily from Thursday through Sunday or Wednesday to Sunday, making it a suitable option for those seeking stable, part-to-full-time employment. In this role, the Tech will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining buildings and facilities by following established procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. The job requires effective communication and collaboration with clients, coworkers, supervisors, and management to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety, security, compliance, and quality standards. Tasks will also include cleaning and dusting furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment; moving cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment; cleaning interior partition glass, windows, and mirrors; washing and replacing blinds; gathering and emptying trash; and completing seasonal outdoor tasks such as sweeping walkways, raking leaves, cutting grass, and snow removal. Additionally, the Tech will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and supplies in restrooms and food areas.
