Now hiring immediately, TouchPoint is seeking a full-time Floor Technician to join its facility maintenance team at Ascension Seton Cedar Park Hospital located at 1401 Medical Parkway, Cedar Park, Texas. This role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of hospital floors, contributing directly to the overall patient experience and safety standards. The Floor Technician will be responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment, ensuring that all flooring surfaces meet the highest standards of hygiene and appearance. This position offers a competitive pay range of $18.00 to $21.00 per hour and features a full-time schedule with varying days and hours, details of which will be provided during the interview.

The perfect candidate will have prior floor technician experience or be eager to learn, as TouchPoint is willing to provide training for motivated individuals. The role demands familiarity with various floor care techniques, including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, and carpet cleaning methods such as shampooing and extraction. The position also requires physical stamina for lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds, emphasizing the need for a candidate who can efficiently handle the physical demands of the job.
