This particular job opening is for a Floor Technician located at Qualcomm, 3195 Kifer Road, Santa Clara, CA. The position is full-time, scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am. The Floor Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of flooring surfaces across client locations. This position requires expertise in hard-surface floor maintenance and restoration, including proficiency with industrial-grade floor care equipment. Responsibilities span the use of stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and buffing techniques. The technician will also handle carpet and upholstery tasks such as shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.

Candidates are expected to have a strong knowledge of floor care procedures and safety standards, alongside the ability to operate automated cleaning equipment for large surface areas. Physical demands include frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of weights up to 50 pounds.
