This particular role within Baptist Health involves performing daily project assignments that include the cleaning and maintenance of hard floors and carpets throughout the facility, adhering to the organization's standards. Essential duties include stripping and refinishing floors and properly disposing of bio-medical and hazardous waste in compliance with regulations. The position requires consistent delivery of exceptional service to patients, guests, and other staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness in all assigned areas. Due to the nature of the work, employees in this role may be exposed to hazardous materials and a variety of infectious diseases. The estimated pay range for this position is $16.00 to $17.84 per hour, based on experience. This role is vital for maintaining the high standards of hygiene and safety that contribute to the outstanding patient experience at Baptist Health.
