Blakehurst is currently seeking a full-time Floor Technician (Porter) to join their Environmental Services Department. This position requires working the evening shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, five days per week, including alternating weekends and holidays. The pay range for this important role is $16.50 to $18.50 per hour. The Floor Technician will play a critical role in maintaining the community’s high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and attractive environment for the residents.

The Floor Technician at Blakehurst will be responsible for maintaining floors and carpets, managing trash removal, and ensuring the upkeep of equipment and supplies. The role also involves assisting with event set-ups and breakdowns to support community functions and resident programs.
