With a strong commitment to sustainability, innovation, and customer satisfaction, ABM offers a broad range of services such as janitorial, engineering, parking, electrical and lighting, energy and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, HVAC and mechanical, landscape and turf, and mission critical solutions. This particular position is for a full-time Tech role responsible for maintaining and upkeeping carpet and hard surface floors. The work schedule for this position is from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and there are two full-time openings available. The hourly pay ranges from $18.00 to $19.00, with the exact offer contingent upon the candidate's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and how their qualifications align with current market data. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals who are just entering the workforce or returning to it after a hiatus, as no prior experience or formal education is required. This includes cleaning and maintaining buildings and facilities, using chemical cleaners and power equipment in a safe and effective manner to avoid damage to floors and fixtures, and addressing minor repair needs by notifying management. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication with clients, coworkers, supervisors, and managers to ensure seamless operational workflow.

Your responsibilities will extend to cleaning and dusting furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machinery, and equipment. You will manage physical tasks such as moving furniture and equipment to facilitate thorough cleaning. Additionally, you will clean interior glass, windows, partitions, and mirrors, wash and replace blinds, gather and empty trash, and perform seasonal outdoor tasks such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, and removing snow. The role also includes cleaning and supplying restrooms, wiping tabletops and chairs in food areas, and adhering strictly to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards set by ABM and its clients.
