The role of Floor Technician at Aramark is integral to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic quality within the facilities they serve. This position is responsible for maintaining and restoring various types of floors using specialized industrial floor care equipment in accordance with strict protocols. The Floor Technician operates in assigned locations and adapts duties based on client requirements and business needs, which may vary. A significant part of the role involves operating equipment for cleaning large floor surfaces, carrying out restorative processes, and performing hard floor care functions including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. In addition to the technical floor care duties, the Floor Technician ensures proper waste disposal including municipal solid waste, infectious waste, and pharmaceutical waste, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards mandated by Aramark and local regulatory agencies.
