The role being offered is for a dedicated Environmental Services Technician who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitization standards within the facility. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the hospital environment is safe, clean, and welcoming for patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include performing daily cleaning assignments, care of hard floors and carpets such as stripping and refinishing, and proper disposal of biomedical and hazardous waste in compliance with regulations. The work requires adherence to organizational and safety standards while delivering exceptional service and support in a fast-paced healthcare setting. This position may involve exposure to hazardous materials and infectious diseases, necessitating conscientious adherence to safety protocols. The estimated hourly wage for this role ranges from $16.00 to $17.84, depending on experience.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Perform daily cleaning of floors and carpets throughout the facility
  • Strip and refinish floors
  • Dispose of biomedical and hazardous waste according to regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness consistent with organizational standards
  • Deliver exceptional service to patients, guests, and staff
  • Follow safety protocols regarding hazardous materials and infectious diseases
  • Complete project assignments as scheduled
