Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift 20 or more pounds regularly every day
- Physical ability to bend stretch stand climb stairs or ladder reach twist sit walk or run
- Comfortable working on feet for entire shift
- Availability to work Monday through Friday with possible weekend shifts
- Must have reliable transportation to commute within Jacksonville Tallahassee Pensacola FL and Georgia
- Full-time availability
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years floor cleaning experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred
- Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and janitorial cleaning methods
- Knowledge of environmental services practices is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of floors monthly including sweeping and mopping
- Execute floor care procedures such as buffing stripping and waxing
- Conduct janitorial services including window cleaning and restroom maintenance
- Inspect floors regularly for damage or wear and report issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Collaborate with environmental services team to meet cleanliness standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
