The Floor Support role at Brickstone Brewhouse is a vital position that blends the responsibilities of a Busser, Food Runner, and General Floor Support. As a full-time or part-time position, it offers an hourly wage of $6.75 plus tips, reflecting the opportunity to earn based on performance and customer satisfaction. In this role, the Floor Support team member will be responsible for clearing and resetting tables quickly to prepare for the next guests, monitoring and cleaning dining areas, and ensuring chairs and table settings are in excellent condition. They will expedite food from the kitchen to dining tables efficiently while verifying that orders are accurate and addressing guest inquiries about menu items to enhance the overall dining experience. Additionally, the Floor Support member will support servers by refilling water glasses, removing used dishes, and anticipating guest needs to ensure seamless service.
