Job Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Act as an extension of General Manager and department managers overseeing guest services and kitchen
  • Ensure sales promotions are executed correctly and food safety standards are maintained
  • Organize and prep the restaurant for optimal service
  • Train and motivate new hires and current crew members
  • Foster a positive team environment and coach employees towards meeting performance goals
  • Monitor shift operations and resolve any issues to maintain quality and customer satisfaction
