Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Act as an extension of General Manager and department managers overseeing guest services and kitchen
- Ensure sales promotions are executed correctly and food safety standards are maintained
- Organize and prep the restaurant for optimal service
- Train and motivate new hires and current crew members
- Foster a positive team environment and coach employees towards meeting performance goals
- Monitor shift operations and resolve any issues to maintain quality and customer satisfaction
