This specific opportunity is for a part-time Floor Supervisor location in Milpitas, California. The role plays a critical part in leading the sales floor by promoting and showcasing the Calvin Klein brand. As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining superior customer service standards, ensuring the visual merchandising embodies the brand’s aesthetic, and supporting store operations efficiently. The position requires a dynamic individual who can resonate with the brand's minimalist style while also fostering an inclusive and motivating team environment.

The Floor Supervisor will report directly to the Store Manager and is expected to assist with achieving daily sales goals, driving associate engagement, managing opening and closing duties, and assisting in real-time coaching and problem resolution. This leadership role is designed for someone with prior retail leadership experience who is confident in managing floor activities, promoting a positive shopping experience, and upholding brand standards at all times.

Calvin Klein values its associates and provides a competitive pay range of $16.50 to $20.75 per hour for this position.
